Walk to the ski slopes - Take a short walk to the ski slopes from our Silver Mill Condo in River Run Village. Guests have easy access to ski storage, located right inside the Silver Mill main lobby. There is no need to lug your gear upstairs.
Cozy Lobby - The 1st floor lobby at Silver Mill features a pool table, large flat screen TV, reading area with comfy sofas and a wet bar with a microwave and mini-fridge. This large area is great for gatherings of any type when staying in the ski vacation condominiums at Silver Mill in Keystone, Colorado.
We truly have some beautiful views of the ski slopes from our living room, bedroom and deck. Another plus is its in a very quiet section, you don't hear the parking lot from our condo. Our condo has recently been remodeled with new hardwoods throughout, with tile in kitchen and bathroom. Condo is 560 sf, Flat screen tvs, dvr/vcr, 100 channels on cable, new sofa sleeper, new reclining chair, new paint, new table with bench seating, gas fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, deck, free internet/wifi, 24 hr security, underground heated garage, fitness center, dry sauna, ski lockers, ice maker, toaster, coffee maker, blender, ihome, sleeps 4 comfortably.
Silver Mill Spa with 3 Hot Tubs - The newly remodeled spa area at Silver Mill Condos features three hot tubs, a heated patio and beautiful stone work and water features. A dry sauna is also located inside to help ease those sore muscles after a day of hiking, biking or skiing! Towels are supplied and changing rooms are located inside. DON'T forget your common area key to get back in the building! We also have a year round community heated pool that faces the slopes just located in the Dakota Lodge just a couple of buildings over, they too have hot tubs.
Underground parking - An underground heated parking garage is another great amenity at Silver Mill Condominiums. No need to scrape ice off your car. Luggage carts are stored here to make transporting your bags a little The garage elevator takes you right to the 3rd floor where our condo is located at.
Close proximity to shops and restaurants - Located right outside your Silver Mill Condo are the many shops and restaurants in River Run Village. It doesn't get any more convenient than this in Keystone! Anything from a quick Starbucks in the morning, fast and tasty Pizza on the Run, an amazing buffalo burger or steak at Wolf Rock Brewing Company or the famous Kickappo Tavern in Keystone to watch your favorite game and have a beer. We also love Luigis Italian Restaurant! All of this is truly just steps from your Silver Mill Codominium to satisfy all of your shopping and dining needs!
Fitness Center - Guests of Silver Mill Condominiums have access to the new Fitness Center. This fitness room has a treadmill, weight rack, elliptical machine, stationary bike, flat screen TV, and room to stretch and work out. Laundry Faciliites - Guests are welcome to use the laundry facilities at Silver Mill Condominiums. This facility is conveniently located on floors 4 and 5, next to the elevators.
